  3. Hi all. I need your help. I have a P1i light problem. A few days ago everything was working fine, then I noticed that my lcd and keypad lights start to blink occasionally, then eventually the lights were gone. I tried to use SEUS but its not going anywhere. I followed the steps, remove and reinsert battery, hold C button while connecting the usb, but after holding for over 15mins nothing happens, My Firmware is R9J005, im not sure if this is the latest firmware. All other functions are ok except that I do not have any lights. Please I need your help to fix this issue.

    1. My p1i just vibrates, brings sony tone and remains with Sony icon on the screen and that’s all. It does not go on to load. I love this phone n don’t want to lose it, please help

  6. Hi Panos, it’s been some time since I have owned my P1(I kind of went swimming with it you see…) but the reset button (looks like a dot) is at the bottom of the device near the audio or power holes. Prick it with a needle or sharp Phillips screwdriver.

  7. Where is that button you mentioned when you write
“Hard reset by pressing reset button underneath Sony Ericsson P1”?
